  Food quality has really gone down since the place opened. It started out as really high-quality steak, but now the steak is terrible and was old. I do not recommend going here anymore.

  Cilantro is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Wheeling area. Upon arrival, you are greeted with an array of soccer jerseys, scarves, and other merchandise. The music playing is always very festive and good. Their menu is very well made. It is concise and the prices are very reasonable. Everything I have ever ate at Cilantro has been fantastic. The meat, vegetables, salsas, and cheeses are always fresh. The employees are very helpful. The meals are always warm and their drinks are always cold. They have a great selection of sodas and alcoholic beverages. It is always fast and they also have online ordering which is very handy. Dine in and takeout experiences are equally as good. Cilantro is honestly very, very great.
