  Went thru Taco Bell drive thru and asked for 2 dorito gorditas and Jamie told me something else at the window so she went to fix it seeming irritated that she had to fix her own mistake. I pull away to find two plain gorditas with a regular tortilla on the outside, not the normal fluffy shell. So I go back in and the cashier Amanda immediately throws an annoyed face at me and rolls her eyes which clearly she knows nothing about what she's talking about because I walk back out with two regular dorito tacos. So eventually I give up and leave bc apparently no one knows what the hell a dorito gordita is. ALSO everytime I've been here no matter what beverage we've ordered (dr pepper, lemonade etc ) never tastes how it's supposed to.

  Every time I go to this location, I wait 20+ minutes to get my food. It has been open long enough that the kinks should be worked out well enough that they can service 2 cars in the drive through. It's honestly ridiculous.

  Waited for five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us, while the guy in front of us had clearly been waiting for some time before we walked in. Found out they had one person running the drive-thru and lobby on a weekend evening. Sitting down to wait for our order, the whole restaurant is disgusting from the floors to the tables. The lobby is tiny, and there's no music or anything so it's extremely quiet and awkward and you can hear every single person's conversation around you.
